• General Dog Requirements

Your pet must be people friendly.

Your pet must have a collar and name tag.

Your pet should NOT be in heat.

Your pet should be in good health.

Your pet should not be overly anxious.
• Vaccine Requirements
FOR DOGS:
- Rabies, must be current.
- DHLPP/DA2PP, must be current.
- Bordetella, must be current. Some breeds may benefit from getting a booster every 6 months; consult with your Vet.
- Canine Influenza, recommended; consult with your Vet.
- Leptospirosis, recommended; consult with your Vet.
- Flea Protection, should be on oral preventative treatment. If we find fleas on your dog, you will be billed for flea bath.

FOR CATS:
- Rabies, must be current.
- FVRCP, must be current.
- FeLV, must be current.

• Food - Enough for duration of stay. We prefer to keep your pet on the same diet for consistency of bowels. If they ran out of food, we have our Feeny's Finest Chicken Meatballs for $3 per meal.
• Medications (if any). We do not administer via needle.
• Toys, bed, blankets are optional to bring.
• Treats and/or pill pockets. It's highly encouraged that you bring their own treats.
• Dog Daycare Requirements - If your dog is eligible for group play
1. Dog should be at least 12 weeks old.
2. Male dog should be neutered by 7 months. Female dogs should be spayed per Vet recommendation, but their participation in group play may be limited depending on their behavior.
3. Dogs must pass our 4-hour evaluation, we evaluate dogs based on:
• Human interaction (meeting, handling, obedience)
• Dog greetings (body posture, excitement, anxiety)
• Open play behavior (play style, stress level)

Just like humans, not all dogs are good socially with other dogs. They must meet our requirements.
• Feeding Notes
• Pre-packed individual baggies are preferred but you can bring one big bag with scooper.
• We do not cook food, but we can heat/thaw in a microwave.
• We do not allow raw food; fresh food is okay!
• We feed pets in separate spaces to maintain safety. After eating, we keep them in the space for 30-60 minutes to allow proper digestion.
• Treats are only distributed during feeding times; we do not give them during group play.
• If your pet runs out of food, we have our Feeny's Finest Chicken Meatballs for $3 per meal. If it's a special food, we can get them from another store for additional service fee of $15. The food charge will be added to your bill.
• Check in and Check out
• You can check in anytime during business hours.
• Check out is on or before 12PM on the day of pick up. If you pick up after 12PM, there will be an additional fee of $40 per dog. You can pick up until closing time.
• We ask if you can check in at least an hour before closing.
• Deposit + Cancellation Policy
Overnight boarding reservations require a 50% deposit to book. Grooming appointments require a $10 deposit to book.
• Cancellation more than 2 days before reservation - No cancellation fees, deposit can be refunded or saved on the account for future use.
• Cancellation less than 2 days before reservation - Deposit will be saved on the account as store credit you can use in the future.
• Grooming no show - Non refundable. Deposit will be forfeited.
